Terrible experience but the sales lady was nice. Before buying the vehicle we specifically asked them if they had done a full maintenance on the vehicle, they said yes and then we bought the vehicle. After it taking almost a week for them to finally hand over they keys to us because they were changing the windshield we looking inside of the hood and none of the fluids were topped and the oil was filthy. We told them about the issue and then they agreed to do the maintenance. When we picked it up again the air filter was still dirty and the wiper blade was still broken. We got tired of dealing with them so we just did the rest ourselves. We asked around and more then one person said that they are cheap and that they cut corners to save themselves a buck at the expense on the customer.
Very pleased with the entire buying experience... bought 2 vehicles in 2 years, one from Danika and one from Randall. Both times I've been very happy with my decision to buy from this dealership!
Salesperson Randell was great to deal with, I recommend him to anybody. Overall the dealership was okay to deal with. Watch out for the $499 "Anti-theft Transfer" charge that they tack on to the end of the sale. They advertise no "Doc Fee" but just renamed it that Anti-theft Transfer, a smoke and mirrors tactic. They also gave me the truck with just a 1/4 tank of gas (just noticed) so they lost a star for that.
