Went for an oil change first one on my new vehicle got a call back an hour later saying they had to pick it up cause it may have the wrong oil filter not sure if that's good or bad??
Service department makes as much of an effort to get you in as possible. Very accommodating. Parts dept is usually fully stocked, rarely do they not have the part I need. Shop rate is crazy high of you ask me but apparently that's the going rate at dealerships now.
Great parts department but service department not so good you have a better chance doing it your self
