We had moved to BC and left some of our stuff for almost 2 months. I had my friend check the locker occasionally; then one day he found that the lock was cut and all our things were rifled through with lots missing.The staff never attempted to call me; apparently they noticed the cut lock a week prior. They claimed the RCMP said not tell anyone as its only household goods and there were more break ins at another facility up the east hill but no police report.To my dismay there was not much we could do about what happened to our stuff.Also we booked a moving truck a month in advance; I went to confirm everything a week before the move and they told me the closest pick up for the truck was whitecourt because the truck on site was only for local use.
